3 Pain Relief Techniques that Really Work

Spending eight hours sat down at a desk and a few more driving around made me start suffering from back pain. I think we all go through this because of our routines, bad postures, etc. And usually, our friends, colleagues and family members even make fun of it saying things like “You’re getting old”.

The truth is, this is something more serious than you think and the earlier you treat this problem the easier it will be in your future to avoid these type of pains. So here are 3 things that helped me with my lower back pain:

Yoga – stretching exercises can really help waking up all parts of our body and to make sure these are in shape and pain-free. If you combine these exercises with breathing techniques you’ll feel relaxed and you’ll see a great improvement in your posture.

Good posture – make sure your chair, either at work, school or wherever you spent most of your time, is in the right position for your weight. You can always add a cushion if it makes you feel more comfortable, this will help you keep a good posture while sitting down. Also make sure you stand up at least every hour, even if it’s to go make yourself a coffee or to just stretch your muscles. Our bodies sometimes need to be awakened.
