If you’ve been following my blog for a while now, you know I never wrote a beauty post. I just felt that I don’t have enough knowledge on this topic to be talking about it. All I know is my personal experience and why would you care about it if, for example, you don’t have my skin type, colour, or even my hair type?

Madison Reed kind of challenged me to share my home spa day essentials. You know, those cold and rainy days we’re you have a break from work or studies and decide to spend the day at home, just taking care of yourself watching your favourite series, taking a long warm bath and eating your favourite chocolate.

So I decided to give it a try to see how it goes and if I should keep writing more posts on this topic.

The products

A long and warm-bubble bath is like sending a message to my body saying “Relax! You can deal with bitches tomorrow”. A few scented candles also help a lot!

  • So one of my first priorities is my hair. Since it’s long and curly it takes quite a lot of time taking care of. Especially after I dyed it. On these kind of days I like to apply my moisturizing hair cream while on the bath, rolled up in a warm hair towel. photo 4-Hair-Color-B-600x600_zps9hi3mwte.jpeg
  • I also love doing my nails. Long were the days were I payed for someone to do them for me. But I decided to stop spending so much money on nails to spend it on food, and since I have quite a creative mind, I started doing all kind of stuff at home. I always start by cleaning them and using a base coat with vitamins to make my nails grow and make them strong. Then I choose my colour for the week. I get tired of the same colour very quickly, so I’m always changing.
  • My boyfriend keeps telling me I have too much creams for everything. He’s totally and completely right. Body, hands, face, hair, everything. That’s how I keep my tanned skin for as long as possible. And now that I’m living in the UK, I have a whole new challenge in my hands, if you know what I mean.

Since I started working at Netflix that I kind of got addicted to the service. There’s no better way to watch my series and movies with high quality and no advertisement. So here goes my playlist:
