Christmas GIVEAWAY| CaseApp

Personalised gifts have so much more meaning than something that anyone else can have a copy of. But even better than offering something personalised is offering something that the other person can use, something practical.

So for this Christmas month, I’ve organised a giveaway along with CaseApp to give you a personalised iPhone case or a personalised laptop skin!

All you need to do is find this picture on my Instagram feed:

My Instagram feed – https://www.instagram.com/melissadesousanunes/?hl=en

  • Tag 2 people that would also like a personalised iPhone case or laptop skin on the comments of the same picture.
  • And you can get extra entries if you share the image on your Instagram stories.

The giveaway runs until the 20th of December at midnight and the contest is not associated with Instagram.

The winner will be revealed on the 21st of December on Instagram and will receive a code to get any product free from CaseApp website! This is an international contest.

In the meantime, if you want to order something from the website you can use my 20% off discount code “
MELISSADESOUSA20″

Good luck everyone!

In the Kitchen|Emma Bridgewater Kitchen Textiles

André and I have been getting really good at cooking exquisite meals. If you follow me on Instagram you’ve probably seen some of our latest “artwork”.

Of course, cooking at home and especially such elaborated meals take a lot more of our time, but it’s all worth it since we’re eating healthy and get to spend more time together.

Just so you know how committed we are to it, André is putting together is own recipe book! And I’ve been getting the right kitchen tools to make our meals simpler and quicker to make.

While doing this I came across Emma Bridgewater Kitchen Textiles and the collections are beautiful so I had to share it here on the blog. I’ve got an apron for myself (I need to get one now for André), a very useful double oven glove and two gorgeous tea towels.

You can find Emma Bridgewater collections here – https://chefscollection.co.uk/kitchen-accessories/brands/emma-bridgewater

And don’t forget to follow my Instagram for the latest recipes we’ve been working on!

10 ways of taking care of your skin in your 20s | Esse Skincare

Taking care of your skin should be one of your priorities and the earlier you start the better. Here are a few ways to do it and protect your skin in the long-run:

Always wash your hands before you wash your face

Make sure that your hands are truly clean before washing your face, otherwise, any bacteria or other things on your hands get rubbed all over your face, which can cause your skin to breakout.

Don’t wear too much make up

Women in their 20s likely don’t need to overdo it. Keeping it simple makes it quicker to get out the door in the morning and easier to remove it before going to bed. You can always use special occasions to wear more make up.

Take off your make up before bed

No matter how tired you might be, take all of your makeup off your face before climbing into bed.

Invest in good skincare products

Great skincare products are not something only older people use; starting early is a good way to prevent skin flaws rather than trying to simply address them after they’ve already appeared. The question is always – What products are ideal for my skin type? I’ve used Esse skincare website to find out what are the best ones for me and after ordering them and using them for a few weeks now, I can say the results are very satisfying. Using the right products on your skin make such a difference. Do you test here too – https://www.esseskincare.com/personalised-routine

Drink plenty of water

Drinking water can make a noticeable difference in the look, feel, and health of your skin.

Eat Well

Eating healthy, whole foods, or so-called “clean” eating, can make a big impact on the health and appearance of your skin.

Read the ingredients on your skincare products

Learn to read the ingredients on your skincare products because much of what you apply on your skin goes into your bloodstream. I know for example that the skincare products I got from Esse are organic, vegan and cruelty-free. They create an environment on the skin that favours the growth of beneficial microbes. It uses prebiotics to selectively feed good microbes and includes LIVE probiotic microbes in two of the serums to make functional changes to the skin’s microbiome. Esse does not believe in damaging skin in pursuit of short-term results, it optimises skin health to slow ageing in the long-term.

Sleep well

Skin cell regeneration is most active between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. so it’s important to get your eight hours (or so) to wake up feeling energized, happy, and healthy.

Wear sunscreen

One of the best things you can do for your skin is to wear sunscreen whenever you’re going to spend any time outside.

Wear sunglasses

The first signs of ageing you can see is usually around your eyes, where the skin is thinner and more delicate, so it’s important to wear sunglasses with wider sides to protect the eye area from all angles of the sun.
