We are all tired of hearing about the fact that it’s super important to remain hydrated. Which is 100% true, but sometimes difficult to achieve.
Although if you start eating food that already hydrates your skin you won’t have to drink so much water throughout the day and you can skip a few moisturizing days. Here’s 5 smart foods that hydrate your skin:
Fish is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fatty fish like tuna, herring, salmon, and trout are perfect for retaining skin’s moisture and protecting against the cold. You can still keep your meal substantial by making healthy fish sweet and sour or simple salmon and greens.
I definitely don’t need any more reasons to love and eat avocados. This fruit is full to the brim with antioxidants, vitamin E, and monounsaturated fats, making it the perfect skin brightener. There’s a reason avocado on toast is so popular. That’s my favourite weekend snack, like you’ve probably already noticed on my Instagram.
