Alfama is the most typical district of Lisbon and it’s where you can find Memmo Alfama considered as one of the best hotels in Lisbon and is the first boutique hotel in the city’s historic area.
After passing by those narrow streets, traditional shops and the famous Fado restaurants, I found myself in a place with beautiful views of the river and all the houses from the top, where you can actually relax in the middle of such a busy city.
Even though it’s Winter in Portugal, taking a seat at the terrace is pretty much always an option, so that’s exactly what I did after ordering a bica (very small expresso).
